Life is filled with full of happiness, realaxation just we have to capture it though meditaion and have to apply for future success. My point of view...
'Meditation should not be done by forcefully but it shall be done by focusfully'....
If any one wants control on mind, you must have to accept meditation as a part of life. I have explained in my other article about deep thinking which comes though 'mediiation' only.
Every successful person already applied this mediiation key and other one also should do for the same.
Meditation means not neccessry every time to close ur eyes and start.. but you can do as you like but 'it should be focusfully not forcefully' as i above said.
Meditation usually involves bodily stillness. But there are also ways to do walking meditation, claping meditation, and to integrate mindfulness in other activities.
