Handling hard/angry Customers in bad situation...

In this article, we will explore how to deal with angry or difficult customers.....!!!

Here, I have highlighted specific points and techniques that can help in hard situation to handle customers in bad situation, so that you can make them satisfied.

1. Adjust Your Mind in hard situation:

Adjust your mindset so that you will give 100% of your focus to your customer/client in difficult time. So, you can find best solution over it.


2. Make Habit of Listening to other:

The most important step in the whole of this process is good listneing to customer to what he/she is saying and expressing. So, it will be easy for us to conclued with good output.



3. Repeat Their expressions/topic with another way:

Once you are sure that you understand customer's topic, you can highlight the same with some practicle reason and try to solve it in easy way.


4. Finaly, Present a Solution:

Now, you need to answer with a solution.

There are many diffrent ways to do this but i will explain most effective here as per follwoing,

- If you sure about that/you know what will make your client happy, tell her/him how you would like to correct the situation.


- If you are not sure you know what your customer wants from you, or if they resist your proposed solution, then give him/her the power to resolve things and ask to identify what will make her/him happy.
